Apple Baked Squash Recipe

Ingredients

 1 medium butternut squash, halved lengthwise, peeled and seeded
 Apple1 Medium, quartered
 Packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Flour1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Cut squash into 1/2-inch slices.
Arrange slices in 12x8-inch dish.
Cut apple into thin slices; place on top of squash.
Combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
Drop by spoonfuls over apple squash mixture.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
