Ingredients

 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt or fat-free mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing
 1/4 of a 0.4-ounce envelope (about 1 teaspoon) buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 2 cups shredded red and/or green cabbage
 1 small red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
 Apple1 , chopped
 Carrot1 , shredded
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced

Directions

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together yogurt, salad dressing mix, and honey.
If , necessary, add a little water to reach desired consistency.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
In a large bowl combine cabbage, sweet pepper, apple, carrot, and celery.
Pour the dressing over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat.
