Directions

GETTING READY
1. Set up a nylon sieve
2. Rub the apple and geranium pulp through the nylon sieve to get a smooth puree

MAKING
3. In a medium heatproof bow, add the sugar
4. Pour in the apple and geranium puree
5. Stir well and then place in the microwave. Microwave on HIGH For 16-18 minutes until you have a thickened buttery mixture
6. Add the rum

FINALIZING
7. While the mixture is still hot, pout it into hot sterilized jars, cover with a waxed disc.
8. Seal with cellophane
9. Secure with a rubber band
10. Label and store in a cool, dark place
