Apple and Raisin Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Large cooking apple - 1 , peeled, cored and chopped | ||
| Seedless raisins | 100 Gram | |
| White breadcrumbs | 50 Gram | |
| Sweet chutney - 1 x 15 ml spoon or 1 tablespoon | ||
| Worcestershire sauce - 1 x 5 ml spoon or 1 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Egg | 1 | |

Preparations
1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2 Stir well to mix.
3 In a rigid container, pack the mixture.
4 Seal the container, label and freeze.
SERVING
5 Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for 4 hours.
6 Use like the fresh stuffing.
