 White vinegar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 5 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
 Brown sugar2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup chopped lemon rind
 Orange rind1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chopped ginger1/2 Cup (16 tbs), candied
 Seedless green grapes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), smashed
 1 mango, peeled and sliced
 Mustard seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 Powdered ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place vinegar in saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Add apples and partly cover; cook 5 minutes.
Mix in remaining ingredients and continue cooking, partly covered, for 13 minutes. Stir several times during cooking.
Cool and serve with meat, or use as a sandwich spread.
