Apple And Marmalade Tart Recipe

|Plain yoghurt||1⁄2 Pint, drained (300 Milliliter)|
|Walnut pieces||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|

Brush the bottom of the flan with the egg white and return to the oven for 3-4 minutes to make sure that it is set.
Reduce the oven heat to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Mix the apples with the marmalade and the egg yolk and pile into the baked case.
Return to the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
While the tart is cooking, strain the yoghurt through a fine sieve or a sieve with muslin inside.
Let the tart cool for 10-15 minutes, then spread the yoghurt on top and sprinkle with the walnuts.
Serve at once.
