 16 pieces bread, crusts removed, quartered or cut into triangles
 Peanut butter1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1/4 pound
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Stuffed green olives for garnish

Directions

Set bread aside; save crusts for future bread stuffing.
Mix rest of ingredients, except olives, to form smooth spread; spread onto each piece of bread.
Top with stuffed green olive for color; arrange.
