Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 container (1 pound) cream style cottage cheese
1 package (4 ounces) Camembert cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons light cream or table cream
Directions
Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl; beat in all remaining ingredients.
Chill.
When ready to serve, spoon into a small serving bowl; garnish with sprigs of parsley or strips of pimiento, if you wish.
Place bowl in center of a large serving tray; surround with crisp crackers, party size breads, and carrot and celery sticks.
