Appetizer Spinach Balls Recipe
Ingredients

| Chopped spinach package | 2 , cooked, drained | |
| 4 Egg Beaters (1 carton) | ||
| 1 cup liquid Butter Buds | ||
| 1/3 cup Alpine Lace fat-free Parmesan cheese | ||
| Lite salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour.
Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet.
Store frozen balls in a plastic bag.
Bake 15 minutes at 325°F, or 30 minutes if frozen.
