Ingredients

 Mix2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped spinach package2 , cooked, drained
 4 Egg Beaters (1 carton)
 1 cup liquid Butter Buds
 1/3 cup Alpine Lace fat-free Parmesan cheese
 Lite salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour.
Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet.
Store frozen balls in a plastic bag.
Bake 15 minutes at 325°F, or 30 minutes if frozen.
