Appetizer Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. groundpork
3/4 cup Stone-Buhr 4 grain cereal mates
1/4 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 75 small balls.
In a nonstick pan, brown well over low heat.
Place in chafing dish, add 1/2 c. (125 mL) warm water.
