Appetizer Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
| Beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 10 flour tortillas (6 inches in diameter) | ||
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cilantro | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Spread about 3 tablespoons beans over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle each with about 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 teaspoon cilantro. Fold one edge of tortilla up about 1 inch over mixture; fold right and left sides over folded end. Fold remaining end up. Place seam sides down on each of two 10-inch plates.
2. Cover each plate tightly. Microwave one plate at a time on high 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Cut each burrito into 3 pieces with sharp knife. Serve with sour cream and gua-camole if desired.
