Anytime Waffles Recipe
Anytime Waffles can literally be cooked anytime of the day or any day of the month. Anytime Waffles make a lovely anytime dessert, too. You will like it once you even start preparing it!

2 1/4 cups (540 ml) all-purpose flour, sifted
4 tsp (20 ml) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
1 1/2 tbs (25 ml) Jerusalem Artichoke Flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cups (540 ml) milk
3/4 cup (180 ml) canola oil
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients; add liquid ingredients to dry just before baking, beating only until moistened (batter will be thin).
Bake in preheated baker.
