 Leaves1 Bag (1kg), mixed
 Beef tomato - 1 large , sliced (or use Cherry tomatoes - 1 small punnet)
 Cucumber - 1/2 a large (or use Japanese cucumbers - 2 small , roughly chunked)
 White button mushrooms - 3 to 4 , sliced
 Raw white onion - 3 slices , rings separated
 Some sweetcorn - chunked,( or use Sweetcorn kernels - 2 tablespoons,canned )
 Ripe avocado1

MAKING
1) Assemble vegetables in serving bowls or portioned in individual plates.

SERVING
2) Serve with any dressing ,you wish.
