| Peel of 1 lemon, cut thin | ||

| 3 jiggers brandy | ||
| Strong coffee | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place in a silver bmlot bowl (or a chafing dish) the cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel, and sugar.
Place brandy in a large ladle, ignite brandy and pour over ingredients in bowl.
Keep ladling brandy over ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Gradually add coffee, ladling the mixture until flames fade.
