Ingredients

 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 slice process Swiss cheese, cut in strips
 Pepperoni slice4
 3 thin slices cooked roast beef, cut in strips
 1 thin slice fully cooked ham, cut in strips
 Sweet peppers2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salad oil3 Tablespoon
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients.
In screw top jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic salt, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; shake well.
Pour over salad.
Sprinkle with Parmesan; toss.
Serves 1 or 2.
