Antipasto Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 slice process Swiss cheese, cut in strips | ||
| Pepperoni slice | 4 | |
| 3 thin slices cooked roast beef, cut in strips | ||
| 1 thin slice fully cooked ham, cut in strips | ||
| Sweet peppers | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients.
In screw top jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic salt, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; shake well.
Pour over salad.
Sprinkle with Parmesan; toss.
Serves 1 or 2.
