Antipasto Roll-Ups Recipe
Ingredients
2 6-ounce packages sliced mozzarella cheese (8 slices)
1 8-ounce package sliced salami (21 slices)
1 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Cut each cheese slice into thirds.
Arrange a piece of cheese on each slice of salami.
Combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture over cheese.
Roll up, securing with wooden picks.
Chill till serving time.
