Tortellini Antipasto Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon olive oil | ||
| Shallots | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/8 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 2 cups cooked cheese tortellini, cooled | ||
| Red bell pepper | 1 Medium, cut into thin strips | |
| Provolone cheese | 3 Ounce, cubed | |
| 2 ounces beef salami, cut into strips | ||
Directions
1. To prepare dressing, in small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, shallots, oregano and red pepper flakes.
2. In medium bowl, combine tortellini, bell pepper, cheese and salami. Add dressing; toss to coat.
