Ingredients

 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon olive oil
 Shallots1 Tablespoon, minced
 Dried oregano1 Teaspoon
 Red pepper flakes1/8 Teaspoon, dried
 2 cups cooked cheese tortellini, cooled
 Red bell pepper1 Medium, cut into thin strips
 Provolone cheese3 Ounce, cubed
 2 ounces beef salami, cut into strips

Directions

1. To prepare dressing, in small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, shallots, oregano and red pepper flakes.
2. In medium bowl, combine tortellini, bell pepper, cheese and salami. Add dressing; toss to coat.
