Ingredients

 Tomatoes1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Artichoke hearts3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Ripe olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 8 plain bagels, lightly toasted, each half cut crosswise into 2 pieces
 Shredded mozzarella cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Place bagel pieces, cut-side up, on cookie sheets.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture onto each bagel piece.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over vegetable mixture.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
