Ingredients

 Cooked chick-peas with cooking liquid-3/4 cup (175 ml) -chilled
 Water-packed tuna-6 1/2 ounces (184 g) unsalted . -drained
 Swiss or other firm cheese-1 cup (250 ml)-cubed
 Mushrooms Italian-Style dressing-1/4 cup (60 ml)-chilled
 Spinach1/2 pound
 Or
 Romaine1/2 pound
 Artichoke hearts4
 Large sweet red pepper-1 -thinly sliced in rings
 Large red onion-1 -thinly sliced
 Carrot1 Large, thinly sliced
 Lemon-1-very thinly sliced
 Garlic-4 cloves-sliced or mashed
 Broccoli florets1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Rosemary, sage, and thyme1 Teaspoon, mixed

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, toss and chill

SERVING
2. Serve immediately

TIP
Another serving method is to divide the ingredients into two groups. Toss the vegetables together and serve the tuna on toasted croutons as a spread. The vegetables can be garnished on top of the toast points
