Antipasti Recipe

I first tried Antipasti at my Italian neighbors party. The taste completely bowled me over; asked them for the recipe and since then it has become a staple Sunday item in my household . The incredible Italian Antipasti is mostly prepared with meat as the main ingredient. This Antipasti, when served as an Appetizer will always bring cheer to your table. Ingredients

 
Marinated peppers
 
Artichoke hearts
 
Marinated olives
 
Selection of cold sliced meats
 
Selection of pickles

Directions

Halve 2 or 3 peppers, core and deseed them and grill until the skins are charred.
Put the peppers in a plastic bag for 3 or 4 minutes, then peel off the skins and slice the flesh.
Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic and fresh herbs.
