MAKING:
1. In a vitamix blender gather the mushrooms along with almond milk.
2. Blend it until smooth and creamy. If you want it cold soup serve it right away.
3. If you wish it hot blend for 3-4 minutes in your blender.

4. Serve in a bowl with a sprinkle some fennel seeds and lava salt if you desire and enjoy!
