2. Put it in spiralizer to get noodles, or just use a peeler.
3. Drain the cashews and blend them with garlic, water, salt and nutritional yeast flakes.
4. Pour this alfredo sauce on noodles.
5. Garnish with basil leaves and diced tomatoes. Serve.
