Annie's Special Spicy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chickens | 2 2 1/2 Pound | |
| Sesame seeds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| MARINADE | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
Cut chicken into quarters and remove skin.
Lie pieces flat in a baking dish.
Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.
Turn pieces so they are well coated.
Cover with plastic wrap or foil and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken pieces, reserving marinade.
Place chicken pieces bone-side down on a barbecue grill over medium-hot coals.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until well browned but not burned.
Turn pieces over and barbecue for another 15 to 20 minutes, basting thoroughly with marinade.
