Ankake Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple juice | 200 Milliliter | |
| Honey | 5 Milliliter | |
| Red wine vinegar | 5 Milliliter | |
| Miso | 15 Milliliter | |
| Arrowroot | 5 Milliliter |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together.
2. Boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
3. Stir constantly until done.
