 Red apples - 1 cup diced unpeeled
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Seedless green grapes1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Green cabbage - 2 cups medium-fine shredded
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Dairy sour cream3 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Aniseed1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Romaine lettuce

Directions

MAKING
1. Dip apples into lemon juice to prevent discoloration and add grapes, cabbage and celery.
2. In a bowl combine next 5 ingredients and add to salad.
3. Toss lightly and chill.

SERVING
4. Serve on romaine lettuce.
