Mix the whole wheat flour and flour.
Add the salt, honey, margarine and half the flour mixture to the yeast mixture and mix well.
Add remaining flour mixture and mix well.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon aniseed on bottom and sides of a greased 2-quart casserole.
Stir remaining aniseed into dough, then place in the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
