Angus Beef Sandwich:
 
1 whole grain roll
 
2 tablespoons Dietz & Watson® Sandwich Spread
 
1 tablespoon Dietz & Watson® Prepared Horseradish
 
6 ounces Dietz & Watson® Angus Beef Frank, grilled
 
2 ounces Dietz & Watson® Cheddar with Horseradish, thinly sliced
 
2 ounces Dietz & Watson® Premium C-Sharp Cheddar, thinly sliced
 
¼ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
 
2 thin slices vine-ripened tomato
 
½ small yellow onion, thinly sliced
 
3 tablespoons butter
 
Cole slaw, for serving
 
Homemade potato chips, for serving

Directions

Angus Beef Sandwich:
Slice the roll in half and spread sandwich spread on the top half and horseradish on the bottom half. Layer with the grilled frank and cheese, then the lettuce and tomato. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the onions. Sauté until wilted and golden brown. Pour onions and butter atop the tomato and replace the top half of the bread. Serve with the coleslaw and potato chips.
