Angoor Aur Akhrot Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt | ||

| Hot chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Seedless grapes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Pinch of hot chili powder, to garnish | ||
Directions
Beat the yogurt, spices, sugar, and salt in a bowl with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the grapes and walnuts, saving 1 teaspoon of walnuts to garnish.
Mix well, then sprinkle with a pinch of chili powder and the remaining walnuts.
Serve chilled.
