Angels On Horseback Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 4 | |
| Thin rashers of bacon - 4 | ||
| Fried bread - 4 croutes | ||
| Butterflies of Lemon | ||
| Parsley - Chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Shuck the oysters and trim them accordingly.
2.Discard the rind from bacon and with a knife spread each rasher making it smooth.
3.Keep the oyster in each rasher and roll.
4.Secure the rolls using a skewer.
5.Grill the rolls by turning until bacon is cooked.
SERVING
6.Serve the rolls on fried bread croute decorated with chopped parsley and lemon butterfly.
