Angel Cake With Coffee Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 package angel-cake mix
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Prepare and bake angel cake according to package directions.
Cool thoroughly.
Whip cream with the sugar, coffee, and vanilla till mixture will hold in peaks.
Frost top and sides of cake.
Garnish with chocolate shot or toasted almonds.
