Angel Cake Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
1 angel food cake
1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
1/2 (10 ounce) package multicolor miniature marshmallows
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained, quartered
1 cup whipping cream, whipped, or 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Directions
Break the angel food cake into marshmallow-size pieces.
Combine the dry lemon and lime gelatin mixes and 2 cups boiling water in a bowl and stir well.
Stir in 2 cups cold water.
Let stand until the consistency of egg whites.
Carefully fold in the cake pieces, marshmallows and cherries.
Place in a greased tube pan.
Chill, covered, for 6 to 8 hours.
Invert onto a cake plate.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
