Angel Nut Cake Recipe
Ingredients
7 egg whites
1 1/2 cups ground nuts
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 /8 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in nuts and sugar and add cream of tartar if desired.
Bake in greased tube pan or flat cake pan for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
