Angel Hair Pasta With Lemon And White Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated | ||

| Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sodium chicken broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 ounces drained cooked white beans | ||
| Basil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 1/2 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked and drained | ||
| Asiago cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
1. In medium serving bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, margarine, oil and pepper; set aside.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat broth; add beans, basil and parsley. Cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
3. Add pasta and bean mixture to serving bowl; toss to mix well. Sprinkle with cheese.
