Angel Cake Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cake flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans and walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Additional confectioners sugar | ||
Directions
Cream butter or margarine; gradually cream in the three tablespoons sugar and flour.
Add vanilla and nuts; blend well.
Shape into little rolls about one and one-half inches long and the diameter of your little finger.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake in moderate oven (350°F) 20 minutes.
Let cool, then dust with confectioners' sugar.
