Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of ghee in the flour with a pinch of salt.
2)Slowly add water as needed to make smooth medium dough. Cover it and keep aside.
3)To make filling, in a pan, heat ghee and add all the remaining ingredients. Season them.
4)Cook until eggs are set. Divide the mixture into 8 portions.
5)Lightly knead the dough and divide it into 8 portions.
6)Roll dough into a small disc and stuff with filling.
7)Now, seal the filling and roll it into flat disc.
8)Take a griddle and heat it. Grease it and place the paratha on it. Cook until underside is golden brown.
9)Apply ghee on top and flip it. Cook until underside is golden brown.
10)Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.

SERVING
11)Serve hot paratha with curd or chutney of your choice.
