Anchovy Puffs Recipe

Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Measured After Sifting) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon rind | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Rolled anchovies | 12 |
Directions
Grease small muffin pans.
Heat oven to hot (400 "F.).
Sift to- gether the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the lemon rind and onion salt.
Blend together the mayonnaise and milk and add all at once to the flour, mixing quickly and lightly with a fork.
Fill muffin pans 1/2 full and press a rolled anchovy into the top of each muffin.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
