Anchovy Mayonnaise Recipe
There hasn't been an occasion when this Anchovy Mayonnaise recipe didn't receive rave reviews. Not trying out this Anchovy Mayonnaise after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (2-ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 hard-cooked egg yolks, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons minced capers
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Cover and chill 4 hours.
Serve with melba toast.
