Anchovy Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (2-ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 hard-cooked egg yolks, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons minced capers
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Cover and chill 4 hours.
Serve with melba toast.
