Anchovy Dip For Raw Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped watercress
1 can (2 ounces) rolled anchovies with capers
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Chill.
Serve with raw vegetables radishes, celery and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli flowerets or thinly sliced zucchini.
