Beat 100g (1/4 lb) (5/8 cup) cream cheese with 50 ml (2floz) 1/4 cup) double (heavy) cream.
Stir in 15 ml (1 tablespoon) grated onion, a little salt and pepper, 2.5ml (1 teaspoon) paprika, and six finely chopped anchovy fillets.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into the bouchee cases and sprinkie a dusting of paprika on top.
