 1 2 ounce can anchovy fillets
 Butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Drain anchovies; place in mixer bowl with remaining ingredients; beat smooth.

Anchovy recipes get a bad rap and even most foodies are loathe to try them but this one is great. It suits me that people don't care for these delicacies because it leaves more for me to eat. If I can just get rid of the cetacean populations, I'll be in great shape!
