Ingredients

 Head of lettuce1/4
 Head romaine -1/2
 Green onions2
 Anchovy fillets - 2, cut up
 Bleu cheese1 Tablespoon, crumbled (Dressing - 2 tbsp.)
 Crisp bacon - 1 tbsp., crushed
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Tear the lettuce and romaine.
2) Add into a large salad bowl.
3) Add in the onions and anchovy fillets.
4) Gently toss to mix.
5) Add in the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
6) Toss again.
7) Add onto plate and sprinkle with bleu cheese and bacon.

SERVING
8) Garnish with sprig of parsley and serve.
