Anchovy Stuffed Prawn Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients

| 12 anchovy fillets | ||
| Bacon strips | 6 | |
| Basic Lemon Baste | ||
Directions
Shell and de-vein prawns.
Make a deep cut, lengthwise, down the back of each prawn and insert one anchovy.
Split bacon strips in half, wrap each piece around a prawn and thread onto bamboo skewers.
Cook over medium hot coals for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp.
Meanwhile, prepare and heat the baste, remove kebabs from the fire, brush with the hot baste.
