Hot Anchovy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 5 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes | ||
| One 2-ounce can anchovies | ||
| Chopped Italian parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the garlic, hot pepper flakes, and anchovies.
Saute until the garlic is golden and the anchovies start to break apart.
To serve, spoon over pasta of your choice and garnish with chopped parsley.
