Anchovy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 12 anchovy fillets | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place egg yolk, vinegar, garlic, and anchovy fillets in work bowl of food processor or blender and process until smooth.
With machine running, add oil in a thin stream and continue to process until thick.
