Anchovy Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain pastry - (2 9-inch pie shells, homemade or prepared) | ||
| Anchovies | 2 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a bowl mash anchovies.
2) Preheat oven at 450°c.
MAKING
3) Blend the anchovies with pastry mixture.
4) Roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
5) Using a knife, cut into squares or other shapes.
6) Transfer into ungreased cookie sheet.
7) Bake for 10 minutes or until puffs are nicely browned.
SERVING
8) Serve hot.
