Anchovy Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup flour, measured after sifting | ||
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon lemon rind | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Anchovies | 12 , rolled | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°F before baking.
2. Take small muffin pans, grease them and keep aside.
MAKING
3. Sieve in flour along with salt and baking powder. Mix in onion salt and lemon rind, followed by milk and mayonnaise and using a fork, mix gently and quickly.
4. Fill 2/3rd portion of each muffin pan and using a rolled anchovy, press the top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

5. Serve hot.
