Anchovy Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Anchovy fillets, | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whole egg | 1 | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Mash anchovies to paste with the garlic. Add the tomato paste and mix.
2. Beat the egg with the egg yolk until well mixed. Reserve two tablespoons for later use. Add balance to anchovy mixture. Add cayenne, paprika.
