Ingredients

 Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons
 Anchovies2 Teaspoon, drained
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Basil leaves1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic1/8 Teaspoon, mashed

Directions

MAKING
1) Gradually stir the vinegar into anchovies in a small bowl.
2) Mix well to combine.
3) In a thin stream, add the oil, Keep beating constantly.
4) Add the garlic and basil. Stir well to combine.

SERVING
5) Serve as preferred.
