Anchovy Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Anchovy fillets - 4 can (2-ounce each) | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| White wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Rinse the anchovy fillets thoroughly to remove the excess oil and salt.
2) In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients together, stir continuously and cook, until the mixture is smooth.
3) In a small bowl transfer the mixture and refrigerate until needed.
SERVING
4) Use the Anchovy Dip as required.
