Anchovy Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened | ||
| 1 2-ounce tube anchovy paste | ||
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives | ||
| Party rye bread or crackers | ||
Directions
In small mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese and anchovy paste.
Add sherry; continue beating till mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Fold in olives.
Cover and chill several hours in refrigerator to blend flavors.
Serve with party rye bread or crackers.
